PInvoLink Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Introduction
    Thank you for subscribing to PInvoLink, a product powered by Progress Site (PSITE). We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with the services provided. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted.
  1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
    We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new monthly and annual subscription plans.
  • If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days from your initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
  • To request a refund, you must contact our support team by email at billing@pinvolink.com within the 14-day period.
  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:
    ✅ You are within the first 14 days of your initial subscription (not renewals).
    ✅ You have subscribed to a paid plan and not received the service as promised.
    ✅ Technical issues have prevented the proper use of the platform, and PSITE support could not resolve them.
  1. Non-Refundable Services
    We do not offer refunds for:
    ❌ Subscription renewals (monthly or annually) beyond the 14-day period.
    ❌ Services rendered during the free trial period.
    ❌ Any setup fees, custom development, or third-party integrations provided as add-on services.
    ❌ Refund requests made after partial use of annual or monthly services beyond the first 14 days.
  1. Annual Plans and Early Cancellation
    If you have chosen an annual plan and wish to cancel after the 14-day money-back window, the subscription will continue until the end of the paid term.
    No pro-rated refunds will be issued for early cancellation.
  1. Chargebacks & Disputes
    If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to suspend your PInvoLink account until the matter is resolved.
    We encourage you to contact us first at billing@pinvolink.com to address any concerns before pursuing a chargeback.
  1. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund:📧 Email billing@pinvolink.com with the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Company name
    • Subscription plan
    • Reason for the refund request (optional)
      We process approved refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  1. Currency & Payment Terms
    All payments and refunds are processed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) or USD, depending on your payment option.
    Refund amounts will be credited in the same currency and payment method as the original transaction.
  1. Legal Compliance
    This Refund Policy complies with the ISTD electronic invoicing and taxation laws in Jordan, and MODEE Cloud Service regulations where applicable.
    All issued refunds will be reflected in ISTD-compliant credit notes and documentation for audit purposes.
